Fleece rewards a little care. Keep it soft and keep the print sharp:

• Wash cold and inside out on a gentle cycle, with like colors
• Use a mild detergent; skip the bleach and fabric softener (softener flattens the fleece and breaks the print down)
• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry — high heat shrinks fleece and cracks a design
• If you iron, turn it inside out and never press directly over the print

A little pilling inside the fleece is normal after the first few washes — washing inside out keeps it to a minimum. Deeper colors can release some excess dye the first time through, so keep that first wash with darks.

Shipping — Every hoodie is made to order — printed just for you the moment you place it — so give us a little time before it ships, usually 7–14 business days, then about 2–5 business days to reach your door. Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Returns — our "we'll make it right" promise. Because each hoodie is printed to order, we can't take one back simply because it wasn't the right pick — but if something's actually wrong, we've got you. We'll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, or the wrong item or size from what's on your order. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery with the item unworn and in original condition, and we'll sort it out fast. A quick photo of the issue helps us take care of you that much quicker.
